I can't tell by the pictures if all the parts are damaged but the Thule roof rack in the pictures consist of the old style 58 inch square bars, Podium foot pack, and fit kit # THKIT3112.
The basket doesn't look like a Thule product to me. I'm fairly sure it's the Yakima LoadWarrior # Y07070 or possibly the MegaWarrior # Y07080. Look at the picture I've attached of the mounting brackets off the LR3 compared to the Yakima brackets.

I have a solution for you, but the Surco Safari 5.0 Roof Cargo Basket for Factory Rails # SPS4560-1101 is designed for raised side rails and it appears that the 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC 350 has flush side rails; the Surco # SPS4560-1101 is not compatible with flush side rails.

To complete the roof rack on your 2016 Jeep Renegade it must have the factory rails that run front to back on the roof. With these raised rails you can add crossbars.. What you have right now on your 2005 Honda Pilot's roof are raised side rails. You need to add crossbars for a complete roof rack. I recommend the Malone AirFlow2 racks. You can use either the 58 inch bars, part # MPG216 or the 65 inch bars, part # MPG217.
Then for a roof basket I like the Thule Canyon, part # TH859XT, because it includes a fairing on the front to deflect the wind.

It is recommended that the Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket # Y07138 use four of the Yakima Same Key System Lock Cores, which you can get with the (SKS) Lock Cores (QTY 4) # Y07204. These cores will install into each of the four mounts that secure the basket to your roof.

I recommend using the RhinoRack # RLN1 which is 47-1/2" long x 31-1/2" wide unstretched, so it's going to be the closest match for your Inno Shaper 80 # INXA568 and will allow you to secure your cargo into the basket. For straps, I recommend using the etrailer Cam Buckle Cinch Straps w/ Buckle Protectors # E98876-4 which come in packs of 4 and are 13 feet long so they'll allow you to wrap them all the way around most loads you're going to carry in the basket.
